How much land can you clear?
We handle residential lots, homesites, driveways and small acreage. Tell us roughly how big the area is and what is on it, and we will let you know the best approach.
Do you grind the stumps when clearing a lot?
Yes, if you want. Ground stumps make grading easier. If an excavator is coming to dig out stumps anyway, we can leave them tall so they are easier to pull.
Can you keep some trees and clear the rest?
Yes. Selective clearing is common. We flag the trees you want to keep and protect them while we work.
What happens to the wood and brush?
Brush is chipped and hauled away or spread on site as mulch. Logs can be hauled, cut into firewood or left for you.
Do I need a permit to clear land?
Clearing for new construction can fall under local land-disturbance and erosion-control rules, especially on steep or larger sites. Your builder or the county can tell you what applies before we start.
